WGA celebrates strategic collective giving and a 39% growth in membership. $8.9 million in grants and 470 strong. We also announced that the next grant cycle would focus on basic needs for women and girls in Northeast Florida (food, shelter, childcare, health, and safety). Learn More.
During this WGA Education Event we delved into the crucial topic of fostering safety for women and girls experiencing domestic violence. Representatives from WGA grantees Betty Griffin Center, Hubbard House, Micah’s Place and Quigley House convened as a panel, exploring strategies for creating safe, secure environments and empowering survivors.
